Journey to Excellence

Journey to Excellence is a robust learning experience which synthesizes the graduate course work of Fr. Robert Spitzer, S.J. Ph.D. (developed when he was president of Gonzaga University) in Personal, Ethical, and Organizational Excellence. 

The JTE curriculum consists of 16 checkpoints (learning units that unlock profound insights on human experience and translate them into practical application at the individual and organizational levels.)

Spitzer brilliantly borrows from 130 prominent authors over two millennia from the disciplines of philosophy, psychology, and management science. His fundamental insight, The Four Levels of Happiness, serves as a timeless model for understanding and achieving human flourishing.
